Responsibilities:
Support the Treasury, Benefits & Staff Group Accounting Manager with finance support for corporate staff groups including but not limited to, HR, Legal, IT, Tax, Treasury, and Corporate Affairs.
Assist with the corporate staff budget and forecast process.
Perform month-end review of cost centers, balance sheet accounts and various accruals for the corporate staff groups.
Assist with tracking of costs associated with non-routine transactions.
Prepare and assist with month-end journal entry preparation for corporate staff group accruals.
Assist with data requests from internal and external auditors.
Assist with financial evaluations of corporate staff group capital projects as needed.
Prepares and posts journal entries for month end close for debt, derivatives, stock compensation and retirement benefits.
Prepares the reconciliations for debt, derivatives, stock compensation, and retirement benefits.
Assists in the preparation of monthly cash flow analysis.
Cross-train with other senior analysts as needed.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Experience:
3+4 years preferred
CPA preferred
Accounting degree required
