Job SummaryThe Sr. Treasury and Risk Analyst serves as a critical role, supporting senior level team members to ensure risks are mitigated through review and reconciling of financial reporting to ensure issues are addressed timely. This role will also contribute to maintaining the books and records of the Company through booking journal entries, generating reporting, and preparing various account reconciliations and schedules to ensure accurate financial reporting. Oversees gathering data for insurance renewals and bank reporting. Assists treasury manager with updating cash flow, budget and forecasting as well as compliance reporting and overall working capital management. Completes variance analysis for areas of Treasury and Risk oversight.

Representative ResponsibilitiesManages monthly bank reconciliation process. Resolves reconciling items through research and escalation.Leads gathering and preparation of insurance renewal data, including considering business changes that may impact submissions. Tracks claims submitted under corporate insurance programs and partners with legal department or total rewards team to estimate total liability to the company.Leads preparation of annual and multi-year cash flow and balance sheet forecasts, including scenario analysis and covenant compliance forecasts. Updates monthly to include actual financial statement results and analysis of forecast vs. actual for balance sheet and cash flow activity.Leads the coordination and execution of the annual budgets and forecast for corporate, workers compensation and health insurance. Reconciles accrued and prepaid insurance accounts and develops forecast recommendations for review by manager.Leads the coordination and execution of the annual budgets and forecast for interest expense, foreign exchange and bank fees. Analyzes monthly activity, including providing management discussion and analysis (MD&A) commentary, and recommending forecast adjustments to manager.Leads the annual business partner review of financials. Analyzes financial risk for licensees and vendor partners as a part of the annual financial review process. Prepares management reporting to summarize results.Prepares treasury and risk management and compliance reporting, including quarterly covenant compliance, dashboards, and executive summary presentations.Leads the month-end close process for Treasury and Risk. Performs various month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries, accruals and reclasses, within established timelines. Provides timely and accurate responses to auditor requests.Maintains debt schedules, including daily balances, associated interest and amortization schedules.Manages administration of hedging programs for foreign currency hedge and interest rate hedge program.Champions the use of automation to gain efficiencies in reporting and reconciliation processes.Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related fieldRequired Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience in finance or accountingSAP experience preferredExcellence in using Excel to analyze data and identify patternsProficient in other Microsoft products like Word and Power PointExcellent written and oral communications with proven ability to communicate with all levels including management and external parties.Ability to manage multiple projects.Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detailPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions
