The global Company headquarters is located just outside of Philadelphia in Wayne, PA. Position Summary
Global Supply Chain HR Professionals use Leadership, HR, and Business Acumen to support all facets of HR for site operations. This may include developing, implementing, and coordinating policies, employee relations, restructuring programs, salary and wage administration, manpower planning, recruitment, orientation, benefits, employee development, training, and safety.
They must be data driven, planned, organized, and have a bias for continuous improvement both individually and organizationally. All HR positions are expected to partner with leadership to represent the HR function, our policies, and our Core Values. Maybe asked to provide HR guidance for additional locations as needed.
Principal Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement - Demonstrates initiative and critical thinking to identify, prioritize both process and performance gaps.

Team - Proactively manage performance and team dynamics to ensure that a fair, professional, and high-performance environment, aligned with company values is maintained. Support a wide range of site HR activities, including support with site recruiting activities, weekly staffing meeting, new hire onboarding, training Supervisors and Line Leads on HR best practices, compensation, benefits, payroll, communications, and employee relations.
Engage directly on the manufacturing floor to understand and address employee needs and concerns.
Identify and implement improvements in HR programs/processes to boost employee morale and organizational health.
Offer guidance and troubleshooting for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and site programs.
Partner with HR Manager to provide coaching to site management on personnel, leadership, performance management, and development strategies.
Participate in manpower planning and support restructuring processes, ensuring alignment with the company's Core Values.
Serve as a liaison and coordinator for special HR projects, Data tracking, and site programs.
Collaborate with the Global EH&S team on EHS Reports, workers’ compensation, return to work programs, OSHA logs, and other EH&S activities.
Spearhead employee engagement initiatives like on-site meals, events, recognition programs, and health and wellness activities.
Maintain accurate records in HRIS, pull monthly people metrics report, and timekeeping systems and keep personnel files up to date with changes such as new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.
Partner with HR Manager to lead investigations into employee complaints, ethics complaints, etc.
Contribute to the compensation program and performance review process.
Develop, communicate, and administer new policies to support organizational goals.
Uphold confidentiality of all employees, applicants, and other sensitive information.
Analyze, track, and report data to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain and enhance daily operational processes and standards.
Drive team growth and capability development.
Education / Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Human Resources or a related field, including demonstrated knowledge of varied aspects of Human Resources and relevant employment regulations (including ADA, FMLA, FLSA, EEO and Affirmative Action).
BS Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, preferred.
Human Resources Certification (SHRM or HRCI) preferred.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
Demonstrates Functional Mastery:
Adept at relationship building across functions and geography to effectively work with and leverage centers of excellence.
Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Detail oriented and strong data driven analytical approach to HR processes.
Effective with combining Business and HR Acumen to build organizational capability.
Able to support employees on multiple shifts; ability to be flexible with scheduling outside of normal office hours. Core hours are 8 to 5 but on occasion supporting an off shift maybe required.
Ability to communicate positively and professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
Resourceful and well organized. High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
Ability to work with highly confidential information and to respond professionally to the most sensitive inquires or complaints.
Proven ability to drive change and lead in projects.
Ability to establish credibility and leadership with all levels of the organization.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
