Customer FocusIntegrityTeamworkEffective and Efficient Programs and ProcessesKey Responsibilities:You'll lead the entire production process, manage schedules, and ensure we consistently meet customer and quality standards. Your role will include:
Production Management:
Oversee all manufacturing and installation functions, optimizing schedules with MRP software to ensure timely delivery and quality control.Team Development:
Hire, train, mentor, and review employees, cultivating a collaborative environment that maximizes productivity and growth.Process Improvement:
Document and improve manufacturing processes, emphasizing lean practices, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.Resource Allocation:
Effectively manage human and material resources, tracking inventory and proactively managing supply needs.Design & Cost Optimization:
Lead initiatives to improve design processes, reduce production costs, and optimize manufacturing efficiencies.Equipment & Facility Maintenance:
Ensure proper use and upkeep of equipment and facilities, supporting maintenance and sanitation programs.Compliance & Safety:
Enforce regulatory standards and safety protocols, conducting risk assessments and planning for emergency response.Customer Collaboration:
Work with sales and engineering teams to meet customer needs, addressing feedback on quality and timelines.Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track KPIs and generate reports to drive improvements and achieve company goals.Budget & Administration:
Oversee budgets, recordkeeping, purchasing, and payroll reconciliation to ensure financial targets are met.Requirements
What You Bring:
Experience:
5+ years in manufacturing, with a focus on welding and metal fabrication; 2+ years in a supervisory role.Skills:
Ability to read blueprints, familiarity with MS Word and Excel, and an understanding of AWS welding codes (preferred).Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.Benefits & Compensation:We offer a competitive salary range starting at $70,000, along with:
