If you share our passion for motorcycles, then come join us by rolling on the throttle!Compensation: You can earn a salary of up to $150,000 or more, including performance-based incentives!Overview:We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Internet Sales Manager with expertise in Internet and Business Development Center (BDC) operations. The ideal candidate should have a background in automotive or motorcycle sales and be skilled in managing online leads, engaging customers, and driving sales through various channels. This position requires a dynamic leader with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.If you are a motivated leader with experience in Internet and BDC sales operations and a passion for the automotive or motorcycle industry, we encourage you to apply!Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.Oversee BDC operations to ensure timely follow-up on internet leads and inbound inquiries.Optimize internet sales processes by monitoring lead responses, CRM usage, and conversion rates.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online campaigns that drive lead generation.Train and coach sales representatives on best practices in online sales strategies and customer service.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales volume, lead response times, and customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Foster a positive, customer-centric culture that supports retention and repeat business.Utilize CRM tools to track leads, pipeline, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasts.Build and nurture relationships with vendors, lenders, and other business partners.Requirements:Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.Strong knowledge of BDC operations and Internet sales processes.Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, DealerSocket, or VinSolutions).Outstanding leadership and coaching abilities focused on inspiring teams to surpass sales goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing KPIs and metrics.Knowledge of current market trends in the automotive or motorcycle industries.A valid driver's license is required.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in auto or motorcycle dealership sales.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.Strong understanding of financing and leasing options.Perks & Benefits:Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with a company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development and ongoing training opportunities.Employee discounts on vehicles and services.Windy City Motorcycle Company is an equal employment opportunity employer; we welcome all to come as they are!
