Description

The Programmer will analyze and develop software solutions through identification of requirements by creating, testing, and maintaining applications and databases. This role will support ERP system functionality, in addition to building and maintaining custom applications and reports for the organization.

Essential FunctionsCollaborate with business leaders to understand the business need or problem and then produce software designs to meet the challengeFormulate program specifications and basic prototypesTransform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate languageIntegrate individual software solutions to higher level systemsUse web-based tools when applicableTest all new code to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessaryPerform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficientCreate documentation for user supportCreate user interfaces to capture and present data to/from usersOther duties as assignedMinimum requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant disciplineProven experience as a programmerAbility to program in languages such as SQL, C#, JavaScript, and Python.Must be able to speak/read/write English effectivelyKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

This position works primarily at a desk, utilizing basic office equipment. Occasional testing and troubleshooting may be performed on the factory floor.
