Cypress Employment has a client in Mobile in need of an Office Admin/Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following

Quickbooks

Accounts Payable and Receivables

Handling Workers Comp Tax Documents

Assisting with Audits

Entering Payroll

Experience keeping a General Ledger

Plus aditional Administrative duties

The Schedule is flexable. Monday- Friday.

Benefits inlcude Medical, Dental, and Vision covered by employer. Additional family member will be addtional to the employee.

PTO after 1 year of employment.
