Position Overview:?We are seeking a Senior
Product Owner who will play a crucial role in our development team. Key responsibilities include gathering detailed requirements, analyzing processes, documenting workflows, assigning projects to developers, and conducting user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Requirements:1. 3+ years of IT Product Owner experience2. Jira or Azure Devops3. Technically savvy; has done system enhancements, testing, etc.Preferred Experience:1. Insurance knowledge - property and casualty2. Experience working with APIs (Postman)3. Microsoft tech stack4. Experience with Wrike and/or Monday.comDay to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:Collaborate closely with software development teams on current deliverables.Engage with various stakeholders, including the executive team, to gather requirements.Document detailed requirements for the development team (user stories).Maintain and prioritize the team's backlog.Provide progress updates and demonstrations to stakeholders and executives.Address business inquiries from the development team.Attend Product Owner training and pursue certification.
