Job Title: Endpoint Engineer Location: OH - Columbus What you'll do: As an Endpoint Engineer you will be responsible for working in Microsoft Intune solutions, Windows 10 and 11 provisioning/deployment, Active Directory group policies, and mobile device enrollment strategies to meet the unique needs of our clients. This role will work closely with the Endpoint Engineering team to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Ensures the stability, integrity and efficient operation of the organization's systems infrastructure for client-based End User experience (physical and virtual) and core organizational functions. Supports systems and configurations for hardware (Windows), software and new Cloud-based virtual machines. Systems supported by the team include Microsoft Intune, Microsoft MECM, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and all updates for client software to ensure they function as expected on all supported hardware and virtual systems. Applies proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems. What we are looking for: Ensures smooth and reliable operations of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes in collaboration with IT staff Works with leaders, decisions makers and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals and to identify and resolve business systems issues Reviews existing integration capabilities, automation options, and proposed solutions as part of a team Implements and deploys latest updates and enhancements to existing systems and software Ability to manage multiple IT based projects and meet deadlines as part of a team Performs installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of operating systems, software and systems management tools Knowledge of VDI solutions such as Microsoft AVD, Citrix, and AWS Experience with Active Directory and AZURE AD Experience with MECM (SCCM) including package deployment and patch management Create and manage policies for application deployment, device compliance, and security configurations. Ensures compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems Participates in testing for modified new systems Knowledge of audit and regulatory requirements Supports the bank's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data. A minimum of 4 years' experience in system administration, system engineering or related work experience is required Proven experience in support of software systems, applications and related products. Preferably in Infrastructure systems (End User, Servers and Cloud systems configurations and performance tuning) Also, support of packages for Windows systems Knowledge of systems, security principles and general software management and hardware best practices Certifications such as Microsoft AZURE Fundamentals (AZ-900), PowerShell, MECM, Intune are strongly preferred or equivalent experience in using/supporting the associated tools Ability to troubleshoot systems issues and products as required Proven ability to communicate across all levels of the organizations is necessary.
