Marketing Intern

DescriptionWe are looking to add a Marketing Intern to the Consumer Products brand team. This individual will work as part of a team in positioning Bernzomatic and Mag-Torch products. In this role, the marketing intern will assist in the areas of sales enablement, brand awareness, competitive benchmarking, market research and customer insights. The ideal candidate has excellent research and communication skills, can easily juggle multiple assignments at once, and can effectively interact with all levels of the organization.ResponsibilitiesManaging projects and stakeholder approvalsAuditing online and in-store assortmentsSupporting new product development and launchesResearching and reporting key learnings in multiple mediumsCollaborating with the creative team on marketing collateral

Desired ExperienceExcellent writing, research and data analysis skills a mustProficient skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordAbility to juggle several assignments and projects at once and to work independently to achieve completionStrong people skills, interacting both internally and externallyMinimum of two years college completionMarketing and Business majors preferredAbility to work full-time during the summer
