JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently seeking a
full-time Marketing Intern
to join our Business Development, Marketing and Communications team at Rödl & Partner in Chicago, IL. You will promote our corporate branding, design internal and external communications, and support various business development tasks. You must be able to manage projects, multi-task, and communicate effectively. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and results-oriented.ResponsibilitiesAssist in all Marketing/Business development efforts, plans, and strategies in alignment with the firm’s vision and culture.Maintain and enhance the firm's social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram (using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva).Produce content and design images for all marketing materials (e.g., PowerPoints) in accordance with the Corporate Standards.Create content and serve as part of the editorial team for the monthly internal newsletter.Database reconciliation.Business Development: Research potential targets.Upload content to the internal and external website.Support with administrative tasks e.g., take care of monthly business card order, roll over of 2023 documentation.Collaborate on projects with various teams and levels of management within the firm.Organize and assist in the implementation of Rödl & Partner events.Required Qualifications3.0 GPA minimum requirement.Suggested majors: Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations.Junior or Senior in a Bachelor's program or recent graduates.Experience with the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and Wave is preferred.Social Media Experience is preferred (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Rödl Management, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
