Research Recruitment Coordinator
Job Description
Perform daily clinic tasks to assist coordinators with study procedures, including Electronic Self-Assessment Questionnaire (ESAQ) administrations, check-in process, informed consent signing, instrumentation assist, and photography assist. Execute daily administrative tasks to support coordinators in study preparation and conduct, such as test material preparation, appointment reminders, and quality checking (QC) study documents. Assist in developing study paperwork for coordinators. Report to the clinic on-time for all assigned studies. Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, applicable regulations, standard operation procedures (SOP), and work instructions. Provide excellent customer service to clients and panelists, and maintain positive and respectful interaction with peers and leadership. Comply with safety and Operational Integrity procedures and processes.

Able to follow instructions and study protocols according to GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, and SOPs

This is a contract position with a duration of 2 Month(s). Contract could be extended out dependent on business needs.
Work Environment
Current schedule varies - Will work M-F 8am-5pm
