Attorney

Represent large corporate clients with complex high-profile civil litigation matters, including development of legal strategies, pre-litigation negotiations, during litigation, and post-litigation and appellate matters. Conduct witness interviews and participate in deposition of parties. Research and draft briefs and other legal documents for submission to Federal and New York State courts. Participate in court conferences and hearings, including jury and bench trials. Oversee teams of junior attorneys.Must have Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, New York State Bar admission and 6 months' legal experience. Salary range $365,000 - $435,000 annually. Send resume to: K.
