(True) is looking for a Corporate Learning & Development Specialist who will design, develop, and deliver engaging and challenging content to True employees across multiple modalities to support True University. Experiences may be delivered virtually or in-person. Our Team Members are mainly in the United States, but as we work wherever our clients are located, projects may also include Canada and Western Europe. This candidate needs to bring a can-do attitude, energy, and enthusiasm as well as critical thinking skills to the engagement. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Learning & Development. If you are motivated by a dynamic learning environment, seeing growth in others, and stretching yourself to learn and teach new things you could be a great fit as a True Corporate Learning & Development Specialist.Responsibilities:Design and develop creative learning experiences per organizational needs - based on adult learning principles - that ensure effective and sustainable learning and performance outcomes.Deliver engaging, interactive learning experiences to adult learners, including but not limited to onboarding, professional development e-learning and in-person workshops, and leadership development sessions.Define and execute processes related to event registration, session availability, seat management, and custom learning requests.Engage in collaboration with subject matter experts and cross-functional team members to gather materials, validate content, and drive instructional readiness.Develop and implements effective surveys to evaluate current learning offerings and assess learning needs.Represent the evolving discipline and diversity of adult learning captured in the learning strategy.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience designing, developing, and facilitating learning experiencesKnowledge and experience with learning development tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and VyondExperience with e-learning, learning management systems (LMS), content platforms (SharePoint) and other tools for learning deliveryExperience delivering learning experiences both in the classroom and virtually with remote participantsEnthusiastic, energetic, and dynamic facilitation skillsExperience monitoring and evaluating engagement and program effectivenessStrategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to quickly assess and summarize information and effectively identify issues and provide potential resolutionsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently and in an efficient mannerStrong process-oriented backgroundExperience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environmentExpert proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or related area of study or equivalent experienceProfessional background and experience in creating and delivering learning experiences in a corporate settingA passion for supporting adult learners, a strong work ethic, and a keen eye and focus on customer serviceA track record of incorporating the following key behaviors into day-to-day efforts: team-approach, effective listening, developing credibility, building trust, demonstrating reliability, client-driven, future-focused, innovative and curiousCritical Thinking skillsSuperb Communication Skills (able to speak effectively to large and small groups, speak interpersonally with individuals, report to management, and meet with clients.
