We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America.As an Associate Analyst, Logisticsin at RXO, you will be responsible for analyzing carrier aging's and working with our operations teams to ensure all customer loads are accounted for and billed properly. On our team, you'll have the support to excel at work, and the opportunity to build a rewarding career.What your day-to-day will look like:Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders into the Freight Optimizer systemUpdate account managers on problem loads and what actions have been takenMonitor daily carrier manifest and aging reportsValidate all load data prior to marking loads delivered, for accounting purposesInvestigate product overages, shortages, damages, and complete appropriate documentationAudit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contractsInvestigate any errors on freight bills such as duplicate carrier billingFacilitate and improve the efficiency of the routing of freight bills and billing cycle timeWhat you'll need to excel:At a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experienceIt'd be great if you also have:General knowledge of auditing customer accountsExperience writing routine reports and correspondenceIn this role, you'll be supported by a passionate team motivated by fast-paced innovation and the desire to deliver for customers.
