Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. Assist with all IT needs for the Skier Services Division. Perform administrative tasks, assist with daily web reconciliation reports, provide technical application support, and organize training sessions with various departments. Assist with daily operations as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with all divisional hardware/software daily issues (division has approximately 140 computers)Assist with training of staff on how to troubleshoot hardware and software issues before reporting to ITPrioritize, organize, and submit work orders to the IT team via Freshservice Alterra support siteSetup computer stations across the division, organize terminals, cables, and printers before the start and at the end of the seasonAssist with the setup of all Skier Services audio/visual equipment for meetings and training sessions, maintain equipment calendarUnderstand divisional desktop and web applications (DVSS, flaik, Ikon, InContact, Inntopia, Microsoft, RTP, Reports, Mi9, etc.) and stay current with updates to support departments as neededAssist business analyst with all divisional computer application training (material/information)Assist with accounts payables and receivables (DVSS, Inntopia, etc.)Daily operations backup, both as front line/phone agent or as needed in other capacityPerform all other assigned duties and responsibilities when appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 18 years of ageExcellent communication and guest service skillsSeven-day-a-week availability, typically five days at 8-10 hours per dayComputer proficient; able to type 35 wpm; MS Word and Excel applicationsAbility to multi-task; detail-oriented, and attentive to follow throughMust be organized, motivated, keep a positive attitude and remain calm during high-stress times
