Job Description/Responsibilities Come be a part of our team, where your efforts will further enhance our story! Our Quality Internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of our industry and what it takes to lead teams/change in a fast paced and dynamic organization. This internship centers on our team's main focus: To identify and develop people leaders within Manufacturing and Operations.
Through business-critical projects, you will gain a working understanding of our industry and develop your professional skills, all while directly contributing to company growth.
The Quality Intern will excel in identifying opportunities to achieve business and operational goals, be able to quickly grasp departmental systems, in context with the plant and company operation, identify areas for improvement, and drive performance by implementing ideas and solutions to challenges within the department.
The Internship Experience:
12-week summer internship from May 19th 2025 to August 9th 2025
Professional development workshops and networking opportunities
Social and philanthropic activities
Work with a mentor to develop project plans, set goals, and receive continuous feedback
Apply continuous improvement principles throughout product development and production, and within functional teams while utilizing key performance indicators to measure improvements and monitor success
Assist in the development and testing of new products and in the ongoing updates of work instructions and processes, while assisting site with safety, quality and performance initiatives to achieve tangible goals such as cost per case
End of summer project presentation
Opportunity to earn a full-time position post-graduation
Qualifications/Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, agriculture, supply chain, operations, or related field
Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
3.0 cumulative GPA
Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning
Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
Must be at least 21 years of age by the start of the internship
Permanent authorization to work in the United States for any employer
