We are seeking a skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. This is ideal for a new grad that wants mentorship and for an experienced Dentist that wants to hit the ground running.5 Dentists currently with 4 Specialists6 Hygienists, and 9 DA's- 2 per dentist4.5 day work week40 operatories- each dentist receives 26 month daily guarantee with 32% collections
Duties:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans- Utilize medical imaging technologies for diagnosis and treatment- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive oral healthcare- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and technology
Experience:
- Degree in Dental Medicine (DMD or DDS) from an accredited dental school- Active state dental license in good standing- Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., Eaglesoft)- Knowledge of medical coding and billing practices- Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations- Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients on oral health- Prior experience working in a dental office setting

Pay: $180,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
