Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. Located in Dayton Ohio!Currently 2 dentists in clinic, seeking 3rd with experience10 operatories3 Hygienists4 day work week!Guaranteed salary for first 6 months, 35% collections
Responsibilities:- Conduct dental examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans for patients- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns- Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure compliance with legal regulations- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive dental services- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses
Skills:- Proficiency in Dentrix or Eaglesoft software for patient management- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic techniques- Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry- Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy- Competence in patient assessment and treatment planning- Ability to interpret medical imaging results for diagnosis- Skilled in accurate medical documentation
