The thoracic surgery program oversees the SSM-St Louis Lung Cancer Screening program across 6 hospitals in our region (>6000 screenings performed/year), and has excellent nursing and NP support, including an intake navigation program.
Within the SSM Health system, we provide inpatient care at Saint Louis University Hospital and St. Mary's - Richmond Heights, which includes the supervision and training of general surgery residents, and the education of medical students at both locations.
Minimum QualificationsCompletion of an ACGME Thoracic Surgery Fellowship Program
Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible
Ability to obtain Missouri license
Minimally invasive or robotic surgery skills in general thoracic surgery
