What you should know:
Mulberry is partnering with a long-time client; a local wholesale distributor with over 5,000 employees. They are dedicated to their communities and partner with local and national non-profits. You will support their President who is creative, lively, and a big-picture thinker! This role will report to Director of Human Resources who is an engaged, dynamic and looks to have her team grow and succeed.
A day in the life:Develop and execute event plans for corporate marketing initiatives, brand promotions, and company events.Support office in maintaining conference rooms (scheduling and set up) and supporting facilities through restock purchases and so on.Collaborate with Marketing & HR teams to create event themes and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.Coordinate with leadership to ensure event alignment with corporate goals and messaging.Manage event budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial reports to ensure events stay within financial constraints.Oversee the logistics of events, including setup, execution, and breakdown, award ordering, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.Conduct pre-event and post-event evaluations to gather insights and measure event success against established KPIs.Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety obligations to minimize risk during events.Support other departments in event planning, coaching and providing resources as needed.Leverage technology and digital tools for event registration, attendee tracking, and interactive experiences.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field3-5 years of experience in corporate event planning and administrative/clerical experience requiredCreative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and conceptsStrong understanding of marketing strategies and brand managementEngaging, highly organized, strong attention to detail, and collaborative
Compensation and Benefits:
$75,000 - $90,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with company match, and a tuition reimbursement program.
