We are seeking a full-time Sr. Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, to work in the Atlanta Metro Area. We are open to local candidates or relocation candidates!The Senior HRBP Manager will be responsible for regionally delivering and executing HR Generalist duties for three locations. Travel will be required to the out of state facilities, about 25%Main Functions :Acts as HR function Leader for the business units in the region; assists managers and others in the efficient use of HR resources in all functional areas.Acts as the trusted advisor to the Leaders, providing daily input and guidance on the people, teams or programs needing the attention to drive people objectives.Ensures local compliance to federal, state and local legal requirements, including NLRA, ADA, FMLA, AA/EEO Compliance, FLSA and local UI process and procedures.Support leader and contributor performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, implementing those solutions, in proactive fashion.Manages the day-to-day oversight of Human Resources in assigned functions in partnership with HR Operations and other key business and HR partners.Benefits knowledge to support facilities during open enrollment and rollout of plan changes.Works with leaders during performance review process, merit, and rewards process.Leads, Support, guide and execute (if that is the need) recruitment efforts for open positions.Partners with local management to ensure execution of programs that support development of positive employees' relations and culture supportive of the company values and behaviors.Directly involved in employee coaching, counseling, and termination discussions as both an employee advocate as well as a business partner.Main Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar, with 10-15 years of demonstrable HR Generalist experience with broad knowledge of workforce strategy, employee relations, talent management, and talent acquisition.Experience with manufacturing and

union environments.Understanding of the principles to be the consultant of choice to the business.Coaching: skilled interpersonal savvy in which can coach without transition in counseling, and Counseling: can direct critical employment discussions clearly and calmly with all levels of the organization.Conflict resolutions and investigations- Demonstrated proficiency dealing with employee relations matters; preference for candidates who demonstrate experience with maintaining positive employee relations.Ability to influence and work effectively with senior business leaders and internal stakeholders to influence change.Well-versed/knowledgeable of FLSA, NLRA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA practices and policies, and legal exposures.Excellent knowledge of federal HR legislation and regulations (employment standards, human rights, pay equity, employment equity, etc.)Program Management, prioritization, and process improvement skills to drive several projects, processes, and ongoing activitiesInterpret, evaluate, and apply regulations, policies, and procedures to work situations, establish credibility and be decisive, while recognizing and supporting the organization's preferences and priorities with confidentiality.Experience working alongside payroll and collaborating on key processesUnderstanding of US benefits programs operations and legal watch outs.Competent with behavioral based interviewing skills at level that can train others.Good financial acumen and can articulate how decisions impact a P&L.Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, flexibleThink analytically about the HR function and develop metrics and measures to evaluate programs, while balancing the day-to-day needs and implement strategies and systems
