Technical/Functional Skills

Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for Designing and providing WAN/LAN network administration,enterprise wireless, cloud administration (AZURE), SD WAN administration andCisco/Palo Alto firewall administration.
Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performingcall backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution isprovided to the customer.
Initiate improvements in tools (SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA,Infoblox) requirements gathering and processes.
Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggestsolutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network relatedtickets.
Make recommendations based on analytics to improve performance andoptimization of network infrastructure.
Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
Understanding Network support priorities and objectives and taking anactive role in accomplishing them.
Help level 1/2 resources to address Network related issues.
Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
Demonstrated experience with WAN and backbone network protocols (BGP,OSPF, MPLS, etc.) required.
Experience with next generation firewall technology (Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Fortinet, etc.) desirable.
Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, GC) networks and/or securitydesirable.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with theability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understandmanner.
Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
Salary Range: $62,500-$120,000 a year
