This senior-level position offers growth opportunities between levels III-IV based on experience and expertise.Working under broad supervision, you will oversee and manage construction activities within our nuclear projects, specifically leading an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to align project goals and timelines.Support the EPC to manage complex schedules for procurement, work breakdowns, and cost estimatesMonitor construction progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management.Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Partner with senior management in contract development and managementDevelop design-construction interfaces and perform constructability reviews

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher-level position.Required QualificationsBS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management,Building Technology, or equivalent experienceLevel III: 4-6 years of engineering experienceLevel IV: 6-8 years of engineering experienceDemonstrated expertise in nuclear plant constructionTechnical Skills & KnowledgeAdvanced proficiency in PC-based applications, particularly MS Office suiteExpert knowledge of P6 or equivalent project management softwareAdvanced experience with VPD, PDMS, or other advanced 3-D modeling toolsComprehensive knowledge of welding, machining, photogrammetry, NDE, and piping fabricationStrong background in cost-benefit analysis
