This senior-level position offers growth opportunities between levels III-IV based on experience and expertise.Working under moderate to broad supervision, you will be responsible for establishing detailed schedules, managing resource requirements, and providing advanced analytical support for complex nuclear plant projects. The role includes coordinating with project partners and leading schedule development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain complex project schedules using advanced scheduling softwareLead critical path analysis and create sophisticated "what if" scenariosEvaluate impacts of changes to project timelines and resource allocationIdentify and ensure adherence to resource requirements (staff, materials, equipment)Lead project schedule status meetings and provide executive-level reportingCoordinate with IS on scheduling software implementation and enhancementsProvide scheduling training, coaching, and leadership to project staffDevelop and analyze project metricsGenerate comprehensive reports and schedules for managementRecommend and implement scheduling process improvementsAnalyze plans to identify potential delays and integration problemsOur Full-Time Benefits

Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher-level position.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineeringLevel III: 2-4 years of engineering experienceOR BS Degree in non-technical discipline plus 4-6 years of related work experienceLevel IV: 4-6 years of engineering experienceOR BS Degree in non-technical discipline plus 6-8 years of related work experienceOR comparable additional experience in lieu of degreeTechnical Skills & KnowledgeExpert knowledge of P6 or equivalent project schedule softwareAdvanced understanding of complex planning and scheduling conceptsComprehensive knowledge of nuclear plant systems and componentsAdvanced knowledge of PC-based applications (MS Office Suite)Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesDeep understanding of project management methodologiesPlease Note : The provided salary information is a guideline.
