The focus of this position is execution.

Work directly with proposal managers to produce high-quality proposals and presentations. The key responsibilities for this position are information gathering and maintenance; layout, production, and delivery of proposals and presentations; and data entry and management. This position requires exceptional time-management, attention to detail, planning, organization, layout software, and interpersonal skills. Collaborate with proposal managers to produce high-quality compliant proposals

Responsible for the layout, production, and delivery of proposals and presentationsIdentify and outline requirements of RFPs and create compliance matrix/checklists and calendarsSchedule proposal production planning meetingsRequest contract/legal reviewsSchedule quality control reviewsLayout covers and tabs in coordination with proposal managerGather information/documents for use in proposalPrepare and send out drafts for quality control reviewsResponsible for the pursuit closing processResponsible for keeping opportunities up to date in the databaseResponsible for updating resumes and project descriptions in the databaseResponsible for following up on results until a pursuit is awardedEnsure quality of all produced material including consistency, spelling, and grammarPro-actively update proposal elements, resumes, project descriptions, project photos, and additional boilerplate materialMaintain organized documents following the filing protocol for proposal archiveQualifications

Strong organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work and collaborate with proposal manager displaying a positive and professional attitudeEagerness to learn and follow company's proposal management processAbility to operate under tight deadlines, handling various projects simultaneously, and manage last minute/urgent requests. Must be able to adjust to multiple, concurrent deadlines. :Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent demonstrated experienceMust have the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work well with othersPre-employment drug screening is a condition of employmentMinimum three years in the A/E/C industry preparing proposals for federal, state, and municipal clients desiredApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
