Job Summary:Reporting to the Patient Care Services Director, the Registered Nurse Shift Manager utilizes the nursing process and organizational/ leadership skills to coordinate services of staff to patients during the designated shift. Assures patient care is appropriate to the age and developmental level of patients served. Assesses staff need for the unit, collaborates with the staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor to ensure patients needs are met.QualificationsCurrent California RN licenseBLS certification.TCAR required within 12 months of hire/transfer.Three to five years acute care experience or equivalentRN skills as described for designated unitManagerial Communications preferred.Pay Range: $53.73 - $85.94 hourlyIndividual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications and experience
