We are seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for the recruitment and resourcing of attorneys and policy advisors. The Legal Recruiting Manager will work to develop and deliver the firm's strategic recruiting plans and tactics, with the focus on talent acquisition, diversity, and firm brand.
The Legal Recruiting Manager must be an innovative leader who can identify recruiting strategies and set goals with measurements for improving recruiting efficiencies.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates by proactively utilizing innovative and effective sourcing strategies to include, internal firm resources, community partnerships, employee referrals, professional networks, and social media channels to attract competitive candidates.

``` - Work in collaboration with the hiring manager on the request to clarify search specifications and position requirements. Recruits, interviews, and selects finalists to present to the hiring manager.

``` - Directly schedule interviews or work through others to schedule candidate interviews and make travel arrangements for candidates. Identify appropriate lawyers to interview candidates and follow-up with candidate(s) post-interview.

``` - Create and maintain an environment of equal opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the firm's inclusion and diversity strategic plan.

``` - Develop written recruiting materials that tie into our overall strategic approach for the firm's website, job fairs and other position advertising opportunities.

``` - Set strategies, design new initiatives, benchmark best practices, create policies, establish success metrics, and monitor results to ensure recruiting is effectively aligned with the business needs.

``` - Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements as it pertains to all employment matters.

``` - Support firm initiatives on social media, blogs, etc. Take the lead in sourcing, preparing, and distributing information working in collaboration with the firm's social media teams.

``` - Leverage social media, associations, and other advertising to identify and recruit top talent into the firm. Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase firm awareness and to promote our brand.
We require a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or commensurate experience in lieu of degree; a minimum of three years' experience in professional legal recruiting, law school career services, and two or more years law firm experience. Previous experience interviewing management-level professionals required. The Legal Recruiting Manager must be knowledgeable of legal industry recruiting and talent acquisition trends.
