To apply, please submit the following: (1) resume, (2) cover letter highlighting a specific task or project you brought to a successful outcome, and (3) two writing samples. This is not a sales position.
Primary duties include:
Coordinating competitive proposal efforts, requests for information, and qualifications packages
Working with teams to identify and develop proposal win strategies
Supporting technical staff on presentation development for sales efforts and short-list interviews
Developing and updating marketing materials such as project summaries and staff resumes
Coordinating client focus teams and supporting basic market and/or client research, including entering/updating information into our CRM system, and supporting efforts to position POWER for future opportunities
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills are a must for this position. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, adept at gathering information from a variety of stakeholders, and able to communicate technical, often complex content in an engaging, accessible, persuasive way. Time management, attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear communication are also critical for a candidate’s success in this role.
Required Experience:
High degree of self-motivation, initiative, and follow-through
Demonstrated ability coordinating cross-functional teams to a successful outcome
Effective time management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks based on shifting needs
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
