An established, highly prestigious, and successful luxury goods company is seeking a bright and motivated Executive Assistant to support one of their C-level executives in their growing Corte Madera office. The ideal candidate will possess skills in core executive tasks such as travel coordination and arrangements, schedule organization, calendar management and prioritization, expense reports, and more. This is a highly visible role requiring professional communication, strategic support, and the ability to multi-task. If you thrive in a collaborative team and are looking for a place to flex your administrative skills, we would love to hear from you!***This is an onsite role located in Corte Madera.What you'll do:Ensure that the executive's calendar, meetings, and documents are properly organized and prioritizedCoordinate logistics for various fast-paced meetings, conferences, and other events, collaborating with other administrators to ensure smooth operationsManage the expense reports of executive, confirming compliance and accurately recording itemsArrange travel via ground/air on a domestic and international basis, coordinating various elements to adhere to travel policies and maintain comfortability for the executiveCollaborate with administrative team to arrange events such as team lunches and birthday celebrationsWork diligently to maintain confidentiality while operating as a liaison between the executive and internal actorsWhat you'll bring:A Bachelor's degree is preferredExperience with directly supporting high-level or c-suite executives is preferred5-8 years of prior executive assistance experienceExcellent organizational and strategic support skillsOutstanding written and oral communication skillsSalary Range:$125,000 - $150,000 with bonus and benefitsYou can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
