The Jr Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the COO, Director of Operations, and CEO of MTN.
The basic job duties for this position are as follows:
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the COO, MTN Executive leadership and/or other assigned leadership staff.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting emails, memos, invoices, reports, contracts and other documents for senior staff.
Arranges travel and accommodation for executives.
Schedules, prepares for, sets up, and attends meetings. Attends to take notes and prepares recaps and action plans.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Performs office tasks including, but not limited to, maintaining records, filing, shredding, ordering supplies and ensuring executive offices are stocked, office upkeep, and performing basic bookkeeping.
Maintains communication records and upkeep of CRM for Executive Team
Daily observation and awareness of executive calendars and communicates calendar priority when necessary.
Available by phone or text when needed.
Welcomes and directs visitors and clients to proper meeting place.
Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
May aid and support in training, teaching, and other MTN functions when/if needed.
This position may require occasional travel.
This position requires occasional extended hours and minimal weekend work hours.
Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
