The Business Solutions Analyst will focus on being the analyst for our Recovery Solutions, Cards, Wealth Management, Loan Operations, and Credit Administration business units. They focus on doing deep dives into issues and helping create new and improved processes for these teams. They will manage tasks from start to finish, idea through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business Solution Architect, Business Analysts, Developers, product owners, and business unit stakeholders on the product design, product requirements, and implementation of new workflows, applications, automations, and solutions.
Improve processes and increases efficiency by studying current business practices, current business software applications, and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency, both technical and non-technical.
Work directly with product owners and stakeholders to define the requirements needed for user stories.
Review and provide recommended program and process improvements in the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process.
Constructs and prepares workflows, charts, reports, and diagrams to analyze processes and programs to create improvements and efficiencies to bank teams and bank processes.
Identify, implement, and support solutions using Robotic Process Automation, SharePoint Power Automation, and workflow technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor-s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field; or a minimum of two years as a business analyst or similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Demonstrated experience with banking operations, knowledge of banking core, deposit, lending, and payment software systems preferred.
Ability to manage projects and implement change as needed
Organized, strong attention to details and ability to research to find solutions
Familiar with the Agile SDLC and its ceremonies.
Experience with Azure Dev Op-s or Jira for managing stories and features.
