We are seeking someone to join First International Bank & Trust as our Card Operations Intern. In this role you will assist our Card Operations Team with a variety of different tasks related to the day-to-day operations the team is responsible for along with some special projects that you would get the chance to own. The ideal candidate for this position would be a student passionate about building their experience within a financial institution and is willing to work meaningful hours during the school year and potentially more during the summer.
This Internship would be In-Person.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Review of Debit Card Production (instant print)
VAU/Second Name line report
Monthly report of cards that will be reissued based on expiration
Credit file Scanning
Managing Returned Debit Cards.
Process daily credit card payments.
Credit Card statements reprints.
Credit Card Address Changes.
Debit and Credit Travel Alerts
Credit and Debit Basic statement review/questions with customer.
Debit and Credit Fraud Alerts (Securlock Alerts)
Help field workgroup phone calls
Qualifications:
A student currently enrolled in an accredited university or collegiate program. Business, Communications or other applicable fields of study is preferred.
Strong computer skills is preferred.
Customer Service experience is preferred.
