Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.HDR seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to organize, coordinate, and facilitate all phases of the proposal process in response to federal solicitations. This includes developing and creating proposals and interview materials in collaboration with program managers, client managers, and other dynamic team members resulting in the capture of new contracts.In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:Understand the capture planning and proposal development processCoordinate and assist with qualifying pursuits and Go/No Go decision-makingLead capture teams consisting of technical, operations, and marketing staff; maintain pursuit documentation and actively engage in strategy development for assigned pursuitsAssist with developing best practices and process improvement initiativesActively manage the proposal process from start to finish; apply marketing best practices to improve the quality and efficiency of responseDevelop and manage proposal schedules and confirm complianceWrite non-technical text and edit and proofread documents. Provide the team with a clear definition of proposal content, assignments, and production scheduleManage multiple concurrent proposals and activities for each, including assembling team, scheduling and facilitating milestone review meetings, directing and assuring follow-up actions, and producing final submittalsEvaluate technical content to ensure RFP requirements and evaluation criteria are met and the proposal is compliantLead quality reviews of proposal and interview materialsTrack amendments and clarifications to ensure that the final proposal incorporates all required informationEnsure quality, budget, and schedule performance of proposal effortsWork with the proposal team to deconstruct proposal contents and capture the material in the firm's database upon submissionParticipate in and help lead client interviews, as well as proposal debriefs

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years' experienceExperience in the A/E/C industryDemonstrated experience in leading proposal efforts from proposal development through submission and interviewKnowledgeable in publicly available information sources; able to effectively conduct market research to support the Federal Business GroupDemonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversightStrong interpersonal skills: the ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams and personalities; comfortable working with remote team membersProficient in Adobe Creative Suite including IllustratorAbility and desire to travel and engage with others in-personPerform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesignDemonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversightWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
