Summary
Responsible for providing assistance to the Special Events team by managing special event inventory and
Job Duties
Provides support in the areas of coordinating and tracking inventory of Marketing items for the property.Performing Marketing Services Representative duties at special events including checking guests in and managing props, signage, and gift giveawaysAssist in executing ticketing procedures for entertainment events.Executes promotions on the casino floorEnsures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Qualifications
Events, front of house, marketing, or retail related work experience preferred.Must be highly organized and able to manage time efficiently.Must be able to learn new systems to execute computer-based promotions.Must be able to work independently.Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses including thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.Minimum age 18 or 21 (varies by property)High school diploma or equivalentMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods for majority of shift.Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds.Must be able to work in smoking environment.Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses including thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift; including eveningsThursday - Saturday
Experience:
Event or promotional execution: <1 yearRetail or Inventory: <1 year
