Benefits Administrator
to join their team on a contract basis for 3 - 6 months.Salary/Hourly Rate:$30/hr - $38/hrPosition Overview:The Benefits Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and executing the open enrollment process. The Benefits Administrator will ensure their employees have a seamless and positive experience when selecting their benefits for the upcoming year. The ideal candidate for The Benefits Administrator will have experience in benefits administration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Responsibilities of the Benefits Administrator:
Assist in the preparation and distribution of open enrollment materials.
Provide support to employees regarding benefits options, plan details, and enrollment procedures.
Conduct open enrollment meetings and webinars to educate employees about their benefits choices.
Process enrollment changes and updates in the HRIS system.
Coordinate with insurance carriers and benefits providers to resolve any issues.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records.
Generate reports and provide data analysis as needed.
Qualifications for the Benefits Administrator:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on open enrollment.
Strong knowledge of benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
