About the role: The Senior Product Manager for Cardiac Diagnostics (CDx) oversees launch execution and continuation marketing. This includes developing & executing launch plans, customer & sales education, leveraging additional channels such as digital, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Upstream Marketing, etc.) to meet revenue, cost, and customer satisfaction goals. Additionally, the role involves working with external partners to align with the company's strategy. The Senior Product Manager handles both hardware and software products, develops marketing plans, establishes pricing strategies, and interfaces with engineering, manufacturing, and sales. The CDx Sr. Downstream Product Manager position will be based in Arden Hills, MN. This is a hybrid role with expectations of being on-site at least 3 days per week. Your responsibilities will include: This Senior Product Manager is responsible for developing and driving key marketing and business objectives for the CDx portfolio This includes developing and executing product launch plans and driving continuation marketing activities for in-market products Additional responsibilities include involvement in developing and implementing marketing initiatives and partnerships on clinical education and engagement programs Use classic marketing capabilities to further business objectives, such as market understanding, market segmentation, customer targeting, product positioning and message development Supports innovative downstream marketing solutions, programs and tools to create value and support the needs of the Sales Team Evaluates promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed Analyzes franchise sales trends and performs customer segmentation to drive strategic and tactical decision making - synthesizes into dashboards Develop and lead KPI analytics, ensure creation of dashboards to track and report marketing/launch performance, overseeing the collection and utilization of performance data to inform progress and guide optimization Develop and defining tools/processes for tracking performance of existing investments against plan Execution of strategies to maximize the profitability of product lines by collaborating with assigned staff, conducting market research and performing financial analyses Supports and leads execution of comprehensive competitive response plans Spends time in the field to gain market and clinical insights, as well as build relationships with key physicians Assists on forecasts for supply chain as well as overall revenue planning Required qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Economics Minimum of 5 years of medical device experience Analytical skills and ability to develop business plan Downstream experience (i.e. launch, product management, sales engagement) Experience with determining customer needs within with medical device markets Experience with software and/or hardware product management Understanding of the regulatory approval process for medical device systems (including electronics and software). Knowledge of business development activities and strategic partner management and awareness of commercial cardiac diagnostic monitoring service types. Willingness to travel up to 20% (potentially including internationally) Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree including Masters of Business Administration Exper ence with regulatory approval processes for medical device systems, including electronics and software. Strong skills in product launch management. Proven ability to collaborate with commercial and finance teams to define and implement effective business models Clear understanding of protected health information security requirements, such as HIPAA.
