Job Description:Responsible for performing Microsoft Windows imaging and deployment of computers as well as other tasks associated with the deployment of new equipmentEssential Job Tasks:Imaging and configuration of computers running Windows 11Coordinating with end users to ensure the successful deployment of computers and peripherals as well as the retrieval of previous hardwareMaintaining software and hardware inventoryTroubleshooting PC hardware and softwareAssisting with the setup, tear down, and movement of computing hardware within our officesEscalates user computing issues/problems as neededPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:3 years of experience in computer/network maintenance, desktop support, applications support or related, similar support.Other combinations of education and experience may be considered in substitution for the minimum qualifications.High school diploma or GED
