DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position will provide record management and file room support, as well as prepares files and enters data into Record Management System. You will be the contact person to answer questions regarding the file room and document protocols. This position will be responsible for the organization of files both physically and electronically.

* Work Schedule and Additional Information: *
Full-time employment.Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.* Salary: * Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $35,306 (before taxes).You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS *Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: *
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); *or *Graduation from high school; *or *An equivalent combination of experience and training.
