The Global Device Customer Operations organization is seeking a Global Supplier-Partner Development Manager in Redmond, WA.

Supplier-Partner Development Manager will directly lead the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) practice on a global basis for supply chain, along with ensuring an ecosystem of partners work together with against a collective roadmap. Working with executives to tactical teams is an exciting opportunity.

This role is central to supply chain strategy and execution, internal functions and customer experience. There is a direct line of site to process improvement needs and the empowerment to drive transformation; process, technical and people change management.

Responsibilities

Represent Microsoft Devices Supply Chain with a supplier-partners, ensuring constant advancement of efficiency, customer experience and applied technologies.

Lead BPO provider to ensure order management, customer queries, supply chain transactions and channel inventories are fully optimized.

Bridge an ecosystem of providers to lead a cohesive and collective roadmap to deliver supply chain strategy.

Drive consistent improvements on technical solutions, process and organizational (internal and external).

Ensure all processes and interactions deliver on Microsoft compliance, security, privacy and all policies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years supply chain, inventory management or sales operations experience, preferably in planning (demand/supply), supplier relationship management, customer relationship management, and/or channel management experience

OR equivalent experience

5+ years supply chain, program management, customer relations, supplier relations, or sales operations experience.

This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under export control regulations, potentially under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations or Export Administration Regulations, the EU Dual Use Regulation, and/or other export control regulations. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of citizenship, U.S. permanent residency, or other protected status (e.g., under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)) for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information. This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship- based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United states federal,state, and/or local(or applicable country) United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport.

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field is a plus.

Demonstrated experience engaging customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers at multiple levels.

Expereince driving technical and process improvements, along with roadmap planning.

Successful leadership of cross-functional and external teams in a matrixed organization.

Customer channel management or sales operations experience.

Channel Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
