Director- Global Strategic Supplier and Partner Development
will directly lead the BPO practice (Business Process Outsourcing) on a global basis for supply chain, along with ensuring an ecosystem of partners work together with against a collective roadmap. Working with executives to tactical teams is an exciting opportunity. This role will reengineer and transform how we operate internally and externally

Responsibilities
Represent Microsoft Devices Supply Chain with supplier-partners, ensuring constant advancement of efficiency, customer experienceand applied technologies.
Lead BPO provider to ensure order management, customer queries, supply chain transactions and channel inventories are fully optimized.
Bridge an ecosystem of providers to lead a cohesive and collective roadmap to deliver supply chain strategy, including advanced technologies.
Drive consistent improvements on technical solutions, process and organizational (internal and external).
Ensure all processes and interactions deliver on Microsoft compliance, security, privacy and all policies.
Reinvent commercial constructs in line with future vision.
Role may expand to include people and functional management
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
OR equivalent experience
6+ years supply chain, program management, customer relations, supplier relations, or sales operations experience.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements that are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check
: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Citizenship & Citizenship Verification
: This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under export control regulations, potentially under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations or Export Administration Regulations, the EU Dual Use Regulation, and/or other export control regulations. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of citizenship, U.S. permanent residency, or other protected status (e.g., under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)) for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
Customer channel management or sales operations experience.
Demonstrated experience engaging customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers at multiple levels.
Expereince driving technical and process improvements, along with roadmap planning.
Successful leadership of cross-functional and external teams in a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated managerial and leadership experience.
Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.
