The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.Key Responsibilities:Supply Chain Optimization & Process ImprovementConduct data analysis and research to optimize supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.Inventory & Demand ManagementDevelop and maintain inventory management systems to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.Utilize analytical tools to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.Monitor and track key supply chain metrics, including inventory levels, lead times, and transportation costs.Compliance & AuditingConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with supply chain policies and procedures.Adhere to company safety and compliance standards.Supplier & Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.Identify and resolve supply chain issues, proactively communicating updates to stakeholders.Reporting & AnalysisGenerate reports and presentations to communicate supply chain performance and recommend improvements.Assist in the development of supply chain budgets and forecasts.Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company objectives.Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance overall company performance.Qualifications:Experience: 3-5+ years in logistics or transportation, with experience in scheduling, delivery coordination, and warehouse inventory management.Skills:Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.Proficiency in tracking, tracing, and monitoring shipments.Familiarity with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability and self-motivation.Additional Skills (Preferred):Experience with data analytics tools and techniques.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Why Join Sol-Millennium?At Sol-Millennium, we offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth, and a chance to make a real impact in healthcare.
