If so, read on...Our law firm is seeking an exceptional Litigation Paralegal who is ready to contribute to making a meaningful impact, one case at a time. Candidates will have the opportunity to assist attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services including motions drafting; document preparation and review; interviewing clients and witnesses; research, investigations; fact checking; and trial preparation.Benefits Offered:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.Firm covers 100% of $100,000 life insurance policy.Unlimited PTO.Flexible work schedule (in office 3-4 days per week).On-site gym access.Bucket List Quarterly Bonus.Quarterly outings: sporting event tickets, concerts, comedy shows, top golf, etc.Duties/Responsibilities:Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.Draft legal documents including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, and interrogatories; file motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures.Research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provide written analysis to attorneys.Interview clients and witnesses and prepare summaries of their statements.Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items.Assist attorneys with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings.Develop and maintain records regarding billable hours spent on specific cases.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Outstanding dependability and reliability.Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education/Experience:Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required; Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.Paralegal certificate required.7+ years of paralegal experience.3+ years of business law experience preferred.Compensation:**Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Work Act and Equal pay Transparency Rules.The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. The range is an estimate, based upon employee qualifications and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
