Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 5 of experience in real estate law. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of laws related to probate, evictions, trusts, wrongful foreclosure, breach of contract, partition, quiet titles, and other real estate matters.
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Paralegal with a strong background in litigation, holding at least 5 years of relevant experience in a senior or leadership role. Our ideal candidate is a professional who has successfully managed paralegal teams and contributed to building and supporting a high-performing legal unit. Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support real estate cases and transactions.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and participate in the discovery process.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
- Attend and assist with real estate closings and other transactions.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize legal software for document management and billing.
- Maintain flexibility with scheduling and availability for meetings and deadlines.
- Excellent case management skills, including managing deadlines and communicating with clients and other parties involved in cases.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation as a paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and legal procedures.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
- Must be able to work in our office full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Our firm offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $66,000-79,000,, and ample opportunities for growth and advancement.
