We need a fast thinking, creative super brain to join our team of hard-working, cool humans. If you're a detail-oriented, love design, fashion and beauty we want to talk to you!What You'll Need:impeccable tastelove all things fashion, beauty and designexperienced with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design applicationsCreativity design skillsComplete understanding of all Adobe Creative Cloud software, focusing on Photoshop and IllustratorFamiliar with basic packaging design & productionProven 1 year experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of workExcellent communication and presentation skillsStellar graphic design, digital design, and typography skillsOrganizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a challenging environmentAbility to perform well in a team environment and work independently when appropriateAdhere to project timelines and effectively communicate project status to the teamWhat you'll do:photo editing, brand elements/assets,design and create marketing materials for social media, sales, education, and other platformsPhoto Editing, including selecting files, clipping, color correction, editing productCreate engaging, brand aligned designs and graphics for but not limited to, website, social channels, print, packaging and brand collateral.Organize and review photographs and assets coming inWork independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team and sales, such as creating marketing and special event materialsUpdate and keep internal databases of designs, photography, and videoUpdating and maintaining all packaging and marketing collateral which includes print/digital marketing materials and web graphicsManage and design monthly email marketing campaignsManage and design monthly Paid Social AdsAssistant Art Direction on PhotoshootsWork with digital merchandising team on needed creative and assetsWork with sales and retail account teams to maintain in-store creative requests digital and Brick and Mortar locations.All other creative and graphic design projects as needed and assignedWhat you'll get:The best job of lifeall the perfume and body care you could ever wantFun, Casual work environment.Health insurance, dental + Vision401KPTOAt By/Rosie Jane we are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
