Senior Graphic Designer

What You'll Need: 

• impeccable taste
• love all things fashion, beauty and design
• experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design applications
• Creativity design skills
• Complete understanding of all Adobe Creative Cloud software, focusing on Photoshop and Illustrator
• Familiar with basic packaging design & production
• Proven 1 year experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Stellar graphic design, digital design, and typography skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a challenging environment
• Ability to perform well in a team environment and work independently when appropriate
• Adhere to project timelines and effectively communicate project status to the team 

What you'll do:

• photo editing, brand elements/assets,
• design and create marketing materials for social media, sales, education, and other platforms
• Photo Editing, including selecting files, clipping, color correction, editing product 
• Create engaging, brand aligned designs and graphics for but not limited to, website, social channels, print, packaging and brand collateral.
• Organize and review photographs and assets coming in
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team and sales, such as creating marketing and special event materials
• Update and keep internal databases of designs, photography, and video
• Updating and maintaining all packaging and marketing collateral which includes print/digital marketing materials and web graphics
• Manage and design monthly email marketing campaigns
• Manage and design monthly Paid Social Ads
• Assistant Art Direction on Photoshoots
• Work with digital merchandising team on needed creative and assets
• Work with sales and retail account teams to maintain in-store creative requests digital and Brick and Mortar locations.
• All other creative and graphic design projects as needed and assigned
