Product Engineering Manager

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Product Engineering Manager (Reliability & Testing) in Nashville, TN. (relocation assistance may be available)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Planning and directing projects to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability
  • Developing test plans and leading field testing activities.
  • Reviewing test outcomes, interpreting results and communicating findings to engineering teams.
  • Performing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Advanced Reliability Modeling.
  • Analyzing warranty data and providing insight and guidance to engineering teams.
  • Establishing and enforcing engineering standards and procedures.
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to 2-5 direct reports.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 6+ years of experience in product development/design, with a focus on reliability, failure analysis and/or testing
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA/PFMEA, etc..
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, Solidworks, MATLAB, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Our client offers:

  • Annual base salary in the $130k-135k range
