Senior Financial Analyst

Exciting opportunity for Senior Financial Analyst to join a publicly traded and growing company in Orlando, FL. Onsite role for 90 day training, then flexibility for 1-2 days hybrid.

MUST have experience in building financial reports, models, presenting to leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Communication: Simplify and convey complex information to promote value-driven actions.
• Collaboration: Maintain proactive communication with key business partners to ensure alignment and progress.
• Prioritization: Focus on impactful actions by assessing team needs and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Analysis: Conduct testing and analysis to evaluate potential risks and benefits of marketing tactics.
• Reporting: Prepare and coordinate weekly, monthly, and annual reports and financial records for management review.
• Pricing Support: Provide analytical support in planning and executing pricing strategies.
• Education: Teach and guide others in analytical techniques, model building, and effective business communication.
• Efficiency: Enhance reporting processes by streamlining, simplifying, and automating as needed.
• Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Required Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
• 3+ years in financial analysis and reporting, with increasing responsibilities in complex environments.
• Excel Proficiency: Strong command of Excel for advanced data analysis.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and results analysis.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects effectively.
