Job Summary:

As a GenAI Engagement Principal, you will oversee and lead the development of GenAI solutions for clients, working directly with C-suite stakeholders. Your role involves understanding client needs, developing GenAI strategies, and executing high-impact solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering:

Engage clients to capture and document business requirements.

Lead workshops and sessions to understand client pain points and technical needs.

CXO-Level Engagement:

Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders.

Present strategic insights, GenAI roadmaps, and business cases aligned with client objectives.

Simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Solution Development & Implementation:

Manage the entire lifecycle of GenAI projects, from concept to deployment.

Design and implement scalable, secure, and industry-aligned GenAI-powered solutions.

Thought Leadership & Strategy:

Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI.

Identify new GenAI initiatives, promote continuous improvement, and represent the company at events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other teams for cohesive solutions.

Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of innovation.

Qualifications:

Experience:

10- 15+ years overall, with 5+ years in AI/ML or data-driven transformation.

Proven track record in leading CXO-level engagements and strategic initiatives.

Demonstrated success in delivering AI solutions with measurable impact.

Technical Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of Generative AI technologies and applications.

Skilled in AI tools, platforms, large-scale data analysis, predictive modeling, and process optimization.

Skills:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proven ability to manage complex projects effectively.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Qualifications:

Experience:

15+ years in software development.

Minimum 2 years in Generative AI solution development.

Industry Knowledge: Experience across at least two industry domains, with the ability to adapt and learn new domains quickly.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Generative AI and experience with one or more cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Knowledge of NVIDIA or similar AI technologies.

Hands-on experience in development with C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python, or Node.js.

Strong understanding of design principles, object-oriented programming, and AI/ML concepts.

Additional Skills:

Proficiency in Python, ML algorithms, and statistical methods.

Experience with source code management and version control tools.

Excellent debugging, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with GenAI ecosystem partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.

Identify and connect with high-potential partners within the Generative AI space.

Partnership Strategy:

Create and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.

Identify opportunities for co-development, co-marketing, and joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners.

Relationship Management:

Act as the main point of contact for ecosystem partners, aligning their needs with our capabilities.

Manage regular meetings, events, and joint initiatives to reinforce relationships and maximize impact.

Market Analysis & Insights:

Keep informed on trends in Generative AI and competitor activities to position our offerings strategically.

Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams, identifying emerging technologies and potential areas for investment.

Collaboration & Enablement:

Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop resources and support for partners.

Guide partners on using our Generative AI technology effectively, ensuring successful implementation and outcomes.

Event Participation & Thought Leadership:

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups, showcasing our thought leadership and solutions.

Organize and participate in webinars, workshops, and networking events to engage with the GenAI partner community.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).

Experience: 10+ years in partner development, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in AI/technology.

Track Record: Proven success in building and managing partnerships in a dynamic environment.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
