Job Summary:
As a GenAI Engagement Principal, you will oversee and lead the development of GenAI solutions for clients, working directly with C-suite stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering:
Engage clients to capture and document business requirements.
Lead workshops and sessions to understand client pain points and technical needs.
CXO-Level Engagement:
Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
Present strategic insights, GenAI roadmaps, and business cases aligned with client objectives.
Simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Solution Development & Implementation:
Manage the entire lifecycle of GenAI projects, from concept to deployment.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and industry-aligned GenAI-powered solutions.
Thought Leadership & Strategy:
Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI.
Identify new GenAI initiatives, promote continuous improvement, and represent the company at events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other teams for cohesive solutions.
Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of innovation.
Qualifications:
Experience:
10- 15+ years overall, with 5+ years in AI/ML or data-driven transformation.
Proven track record in leading CXO-level engagements and strategic initiatives.
Demonstrated success in delivering AI solutions with measurable impact.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of Generative AI technologies and applications.
Skilled in AI tools, platforms, large-scale data analysis, predictive modeling, and process optimization.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to manage complex projects effectively.
Education:

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Generative AI and experience with one or more cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Knowledge of NVIDIA or similar AI technologies.
Hands-on experience in development with C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python, or Node.js.
Strong understanding of design principles, object-oriented programming, and AI/ML concepts.

Guide partners on using our Generative AI technology effectively, ensuring successful implementation and outcomes.
Event Participation & Thought Leadership:
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups, showcasing our thought leadership and solutions.
Organize and participate in webinars, workshops, and networking events to engage with the GenAI partner community.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
Experience: 10+ years in partner development, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in AI/technology.
Track Record: Proven success in building and managing partnerships in a dynamic environment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
