Electrical Engineer

Amotec is actively seeking candidates for an Electrical Engineer opportunity. Located near the Twinsburg, OH area, our client manufactures electro-mechanical components and machinery for a variety of industries. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of electrical systems for equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Design electrical panel layouts, wiring diagrams and control hardware
• Program PLC and HMI systems using RSLogix, RSView and FactoryTalk View
• Design and understand system configuration control diagrams
• Establish industrial networking communication
• Test electrical systems before shipment to customer to ensure quality

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree related to Electrical Engineering
• 2+ years of Electrical Design and Engineering experience
• Ability to read and make wiring diagrams
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident already residing in the Northeast Ohio area; No relocation assistance for this position
